QUICK Q abt menu screen

so my friend and i accidentally (well semi-accidentally) switched void villagers. thing is i want to make sure he gets in a good spot and doesn't crush anything. i can see his plot in the menu screen, but will it change if i time travel back to my current date and log in?

If you didn't load the mayor or any existing villagers they shouldn't plot anywhere. If you go back to time to your last day played, it should act like no time has passed. If you go back a day before that or a day forward, then the plot will show up somewhere. Don't fall for the load screen plot either, it can change and not be true to what the menu shows it as.

You didn't happen to load/save any of your characters from the last day before the voided villager have you? If you have a spot open, I would create a new villager. Just to be on the safe side...

Yeah scout out the whole area for a potential mover. If you don't see anyone, then I'd just load up one of your main villagers and place path tiles where you kind of want them. Or place tiles where you don't want them.

good thing i did! he was in a different spot. though it's not terrible and i'm gonna kick him out anyways so whatever lol
