Quick Pokemon Battle Revolution question

Well I heard in battle revolution hacked Pokemon don't work well, A long time ago I used the walk through walls cheat on Pearl to get Darkrai because I heard there wasn't going to be a event and I really wanted Darkrai, would Battle Revolution still consider Darkrai hacked? I caught it myself, but used cheats to get to his island.
