While back my most hated villager Lobo said he was going to move on the 3rd of July I was so happy but the next morning I got perfect town and I heard you get the golden watering can if you keep it perfect for 15 days and I really want it so here's the question when a villager moves does it affect you perfect town I need answers quick!

It shouldn't affect anything..as long as all the plants and everything are still intact then I think it's fine. :)

Someone on this forum did say they lost their perfect town status when somebody moved out. I wouldn't chance it.

It should not affect it according to this anyway. As long as you still have the same amount of trees, flowers and public works project, less than 10 weeds, less than 10 items on ground and no trash.

You still retain perfect status. I've kept my perfect status and already had somebody move out.

It isn't based on your villagers at all.

Thank you for sharing your experience Attribute, I was worried about this as well, and am now really relieved!

Well I have seen more than one person report that they've had a perfect town, had someone move out, and then have Isabelle tell them their town is underdeveloped afterwards. Take that or leave it. Other sources could be correct and I can't say from experience, but some people have had bad experiences.

I feel like if you have the bare minimum amount of community projects, that this may occur. However, if you've made a couple more projects since your town has been deemed perfect, I feel as though it shouldn't be an issue. Think that's a safe assumption to make?

I'd certainly say that would make it safe! I always say having the bare minimum of anything isn't the best option anyways :p Here's the thread just for proof: http://www.belltreeforums.com/showthread.php?70551-Perfect-Town-is-suddenly-Underdeveloped

That guy said that he had a villager move out and was suddenly underdeveloped. So, I'd say have a buffer of community projects just in case before anybody moves out. :D

I actually lost my perfect status when one of my villagers moved out. My town had suddenly become 'underdeveloped.' I built a new public works project, and the next day, my town was perfect again.

Sorry to bump this thread, but it was the first result when I googled "villager moved lost perfect town" and I registered here to share my experience:

Yesterday I had a perfect town after finishing my 10th public work. It was also the day one of my villagers was packing to move. Today when I checked my town status my rating was lowered and Isabella said the town was underdeveloped. The only thing that changed was my villager moving.

Assuming tomorrow, when my flower clock public work will be built, my town's rating returns to perfect I'd have to think villager housing contributes to the number of public works needed for a perfect town score.

Yep, pretty much.
