questions about villagers that have moved out?

if you give away a villager, will that villager still appear on your main street even though they weren't voided?
example: aurora, i got from streetpass that was adopted hasn't showed up yet.
keaton, whom i got from wi-fi didn't showed up and he was adopted.

do villagers that move out and are adopted only show up on main street if they were originally from your town? i have not let anybody adopt a villager that originated in my town yet, so i do not know.

All villagers who leave show up on Main Street. They start appearing in order after four have left.

From what I here, they DO still appear. It takes like a month for a villager to show up after moving.

really…? I thought if you adopted them they don't show up in main street?

They do. I gave away Marshal and he's always there. I gave myself Chief, and he haunts his old town's Main Street.
