Questions about Town Rating/Tree Planting

So I just chopped down literally every tree in my town to reorganize/complete my new plant theme. I planted new, organized saplings- possibly more than before, I believe.

My rating was perfect prior to doing this. I expect it to go down in the next couple of days and then climb back up once every tree grows to full size. Saplings don't count as trees until they're adults. But for the time being, will my town rating plummet so bad the rafflesia will grow/villagers will start wanting to leave?

I'm sure I'm overthinking things- but I don't want my renovation to hurt my town.

I think rafflesias only appear when there's a ton of weeds. :3

Not sure about that villager thing though. I think it's fine though, just talk to them to see if they're moving.

Having a great lack of trees, flowers and having an underdeveloped town (only a couple of PWP's including permanent ones) could cause a rafflesia to spawn. :(

Just make sure you have three PWP's to be on the safe side. ^_^

Rafflesias will grow if you don't have enough trees and PWPs. So if you have more than, I think, 3 PWPs in town, it shouldn't appear even if you cut down all your trees. If one does show up, though, you can just plant some trees or build some PWPs and it will go away.

As for the villagers, I don't think they'll want to leave any more than usual. If you're at 9 or 10 villagers, then you should always check because someone will be planning to move out soon, but if you have fewer than 9 villagers then no one should leave until you reach at least 9.

I deforested my town once to re-do the trees and a rafflesia grew because I had too little PWPs, even though I had flowers, no trash, and beautiful ordinance on. If you have a few PWPs and flowers I think it should be fine!
