Questions about the Night-Owl ordinance

I'm thinking about enforcing the Night-Owl ordinance in my town, since I usually play late at night. My question is: are there any pros/cons of doing this? Thanks.

If you are a hybrid collector, it's going to be very difficult. If not, there shouldn't be any drawbacks. I used Early Bird until I couldn't keep up with my abundance of black roses.

All it does is make it harder to get hybrids. I'll be keeping my Night-Owl town until I've paid off all major PWPs and house upgrades since I mostly play at night, then I'll be switching to a beautiful town.
It's really nice having Re-Tail open until 2am though..

I loved the night owl ordinance because I play a lot at night but I was losing so many hybrids from being awfully lazy. So perfect town it is!

I'm guessing they were trying to say that, by taking the place of the beautiful ordinance, it makes hybrids difficult to obtain due to wilting that could have been prevented by enacting the beautiful town ordinance instead.

It is harder because the Beautiful town ordinance stops flowers from wilting and makes them grow more quickly, so it is easier to breed hybrids.

The night owl ordinance keeps the shops open longer and makes the villagers stay up later, basically. It doesn't do much else.

This. If you want to know how it's much harder, try switching to early bird or night owl for a week. Try not to lose any of your flowers, I bet it'll be a challenge.

^ When I had Bell Boom, I watered all my flowers. every day. I didn't know the Beautiful Town ordiance made the flowers not wilt xD
