Questions about multiplayer tours

I don't play many multiplayer tours, but I'd like to know a few things about multiplayer tours, and would be grateful if you guys could answer my questions! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find answers elsewhere.

1. Which tours give a placement bonuses (extra medals according to which place you finished in)?
2. Are the placement bonuses always the same? If so, what are they?

i know that tours like fishing, diving, and bug catching do give placement medals, and they range from 3 for the winner or 2 for the winner and 1 for the not winner (but my knowledge only extends for 2 players)
