Questions about Katrina upgrade?

Okay, so pardon me if i'm too lazy for google rn but I want answers from people who actually play, not lame crappy cheat guides and stuff.

1. How many fortunes does Katrina have to tell for you to get her on main st?
2. Does it help at all if you get other players to come get their fortune told while she's in your town?
3. Does it count towards your # if you get your fortune told in someone else's town?
4. What does she even do one you visit her on main st? Is it fortune telling everyday? (I wouldnt see the point of this considering the lovely phone exists for that reason i though, or is that just a horoscope thing?)
5. Do you get any cool items from her? Besides the lovely phone?

1. It's 20 times needed for you to unlock Katrina on main street.
2.No, if players come and get their fortunes told at your town it doesn't count at all towards getting her on your mainstreet.
3.Yes, it does count towards you if you get your fortune told by her in somebody else's town. Also vice versa for others who visit you too.
4.I believe she fortune tells everyday but she can also sell you two hats which is a tingle hat and a Red diakoku hat. These items have an effect on the fortune she'll tell you.
5. Cool items are the two hats mentioned above.

I hear that if you visit her shop with at least 10k bells and are not wearing the lucky item she will offer you a lucky celebration hat. But I can't confirm this since I don't have her shop yet.
