Question..

Currently I have 9 villagers, and I really hate some random villagers to move in my town. Also I visited a friend bcuz of trade which his villager moved out today. My question is how to stop a villager to move in my town?

Happened to me. I wanted to keep it 9/10 villagers, but I got a new villager moved into my town. Came from someone's town that I visited, and I didn't even talk to any villagers.

Just avoid visiting other towns or playing online.

If someone moves in, just meet them, then ignore them for a week. They'll move out.
Just don't talk to them a second time after meeting them

I tried that with Ankha its been 2 weeks now and I've been TT

I think it may be three weeks. Because it took me that long to move someone out before

I don't even great the new neighbor. I had this gorilla move on my main path so I ignored him and in two weeks (TT and not) he was gone. I had Diva who moved on ALL my blue panies so I ignored her and she was gone in maybe 3 weeks? It felt like she was there forever !
