I wanted to have a modded town on animal crossing. ( to make my own town and get all the items and stuff)I one time heard by doing it you could break your wii or something. is this true?

yes it can break your wii, and you need codes for it.

i downloaded it along time ago, and i didnt know how to get codes so i deleted off my wii.

Yes it can damage you wii i think it makes it bricked or something like that if it goes wrong.

i think it freezes when you turn it on.

and when you do download it make sure its safe, and do NOT update your wii.
