Once you download it is there anyway to copy it to a disk?

and If I just buy it at a gamestop or something will I still be able to use online just not steam or something?

Why would you want to copy it to a disk? Because you can't. Steam games automatically download on whatever computer you login on.

If you buy games that are sold on Steam in a store, you can register them to work with Steam by entering the product code. Once registered with Steam, you won't need to use the CD anymore, and you can just run them through Steam.
