So i've been missing my DS for about a week now.. so I haven't played AC in about a week.
When i find it, can I tt back to the day I last played and everything will be the same? Even villagers moving out?

Yes. Everything will be as if you didn't leave if you TT back to the last play day. Then you can TT slowly back to present day and make sure no one moves.

just make sure you don't start the game as your mayor on the current day before you tt back
