QUESTION- What keeps you coming back to Animal Crossing?

If you can tell by now, I like asking questions. There are just some things I'm curious about and love to hear what you guys have to say to them!


Back to the question, so what does Animal Crossing do for you to keep you playing every single one? I mean, the dialogue gets boring. You do the same stuff everyday, and it gets VERY repetitive.

Now, I love AC:NL, it's my first Animal Crossing that I played for more than an hour! (100+ hours) And I'm starting to wonder what draws you into these games.

My villagers pretty much lol I love them all so much that I will always make sure they are there. I also love the online experience at times. Basically, the belltreeforums make me come back too as I LOVE to collect DLC and such. It's like a hobby for me. I also love playing with my sis, so that makes it more fun for me as well x3

The events year round usually keep me coming back if I care enough. I totally skipped out on Halloween and Thanksgiving, but I am most definitely going to be Santa for all my lovely villagers.

I feel that way about my villagers (that I like) too while I'm at school sometimes. I wonder what they're doing and they are probably wondering where their mayor is XD

There are some days I just check the shops, say hi, and then quit, but I usually make goals for myself to work on. I'm re-landscaping atm, and working on the Ice and Gorgeous series.

I guess the game lets me do things I can't do irl, like redecorate on a whim. I also just like seeing my town shift and improve as I go. And those darn cute animals

My amazing villagers! I love seeing them and talking to them ^_^ I also love seeing if there's any special characters around (like Katrina) around.

My villagers. I try to get on every day just so I don't miss my villagers saying they want to leave. I also don't want to stop playing until I've collected everything like fossils, fish, bugs, furniture, clothes and I want to finish my towns layout.
I won't stop playing until everything is complete. c:

My villagers keep me coming back. They're so sweet. I also love collecting everything and participating in all the events. I'm also a seasonal decorator and change everything once a new season rolls in

Hmm... Well, I mainly come back to collect. Items, bells, villagers, etc. I do trades and such that keep me occupied. I donate to the museum. I go on Club Tortimer if I get ultra bored.
