Question Perfect town status

I want to get a perfect town status for my town. Does anyone know if fruit baskets count as trash?

i would think so? i know i had to pick up all of mine. it's safer to just pick it up

Fruit doesn't count as trash, nor do the baskets. I do believe, however, if you have a lot of them sitting around in your town it'll lower your town rating. Best that you pick them up and make your town look clean and tidy.

You'll want sections 63 and 64.

It doesn't specify on fruit baskets, but best to assume they do, just in case?

Actually, it says that cleanliness means perfect fruit, but in parenthesis it says a lot of stuff that doesn't count, fruit being one of them.
Perfect fruit deducts, but normal doesn't.

Really? I have a fruits basket in front of all the villagers houses. It looks cute too. Guess I have to pick them up.
