Does the content matter? Not only amount of words, but also the vocabulary. I've heard using 'positive' words such as friends, nice, etc. makes the villager happy, whereas using negative words does the opposite..

I want to get pictures from some villagers, and I'm sending them letters with gifts every day. So does the content matter or can i literally just send 'hey' and they won't mind?

Thanks in advance (:

I always just write a quick sentence like 'You are awesome.' or 'Lets be friends.'. Don't think the content makes a huge difference, just don't over think it or make it too long. I think the inclusion of a present is more important if you are trying to have a positive relationship with the villager, so just do that lol.

I've sent letters to villagers I don't like, in hopes of making them move out, saying I hate them and so on but nothing has happened. I'd assume it's all about putting a gift or not.
