Ok so i have acnl and i wanted to know if there is anyway i could make a second town with the one game. now i know that you can only have one town but i want to know if its possible by maybe sd card or something like that.

Nope,you have to buy another cartridge or digital download to get another town.

Nope, unless you can somehow go into the game data and manipulate it, which is highly unlikely/impossible
