Yes, the Red Pinwheel is indeed giftable and so is the White Feather if you're about that life.

I am not interested in feathers, unless it was the rainbow rather which is commendable to earn. XD So is the Green Pinwheel which I REALLY want. But I guess I will settle for the red pinwheel. XD
