My favorite villager right now would be Mitzi, as like I said in previous posts, she was the first villager I ever met when I first played AC a long time ago. Least favorite would be Wart Jr. His design looks very ugly and I don't even like his name. Had him a couple of times, but he never grew on me ever and probably never will. :/

My favorite villager of all time is still Maple, with Kid Cat being a close second. I also love Flurry, Chief, Shep, and Lucky. ♥
My least favorite villager of all time is Rhoda?I had (maybe still have?) her in my GCN town. She's just rude and ugly. As far as villagers appearing in New Leaf go, I strongly dislike Tabby and Tammi.

My most favorite villager has to be Zucker! I always wanted him in my town when I first started, but after so many years I found him in my campsite when my town was full </3 Luckily, Chibi.Hoshi helped me get him after I joined the forums!
I don't really hate any villagers, but I'm not too fond of Chow since I remember him putting his house where I was about to put one of my bridges

When it comes to favourite villagers, I have quite a few that i'm fond of. Originally it was just Ruby but I also really like Chief, Portia and Joey mainly because of wild world. Least favourite would have to be Victoria, obviously. She's been a thorn in my side since new leaf and wild world. I also used to have some hatred for Roald, maybe because he was a penguin villager. Idk.

To be honest, my favorite villagers are Wolfgang, Fang, Freya, and Merengue. Disliked villager is Tutu. Before Shizuka moved in, she always asked a lot of the mayor, Josuke Higashikata. Luckily she moved to another town that wanted her and she's happy in her new town.

I don't think I've been cursed with having a "least favorite," but I've had several villagers who I've been happy to get rid of. Rowan was a particular bummer to have around. Lionel was kind of annoying, but at least he sent me his photograph when he moved out.
I know gorilla characters are generally unpopular (though I just saw what Boone looks like and he is a boss), but Peewee moved into a particularly inconvenient spot and wouldn't leave for a while. It is always mildly annoying to see him still hanging around my main street, even though he has long been gone.
I kind of wish there was a chart where I could filter all of the characters that existed in both Animal Crossing (Gamecube) and New Leaf. I played the Gamecube version a bit, but have no recollection of who the villagers were. Maybe visual stimulation would help my memory in this case, and I could revisit these characters in New Leaf.
My favorite, by the way, is probably Elmer. Hamlet has been around since the beginning of my town and I've kept him the once or twice he's talked about moving. And I just brought Alfonso back from the edge of moving after no one here wanted that prince.

Julian is definitely a top favorite for me because I love his aesthetic overall, I'm a sucker for turquoise colored designs and starry themed characters. Colton is a 2nd fave because I love his palette and the fact he's made to look like a princely horse, which i felt was fitting for what my town was named after.
I have 3 villagers I don't like due to having them in my town and the 3rd just for looks cause I don't find her palette too pleasing. Wendy asked me like twice if she could move out and then would back out of it after telling my other character, and I didn't want to turn off the DS cause I normally had a lot done, the 3rd time she tried to do that I just threw all my cares for what I did previously to the wind and turned it off and didn't talk to her until she was in her boxes. I dislike Canberra because she moved in on a stump with a heart shape that was for a picnic area I had planned out, she basically ruined that spot so I just got rid of the blanket and then refused to talk to her until she left. I think either fauna or lolly as my favourite- i cant decide! I feel a personal connection with lolly because we share the same (nick)name, and I love fauna because she is so elegant and lovely. I would say my least favourite is probably Gabi... im not fan of the name and dont really like her look either

I really love ?tolie, as you can probably tell, but Baabra is so great too. Boomer makes me very very sad.
My favorites are Kiki and tangy. I’m a cat person and I love having good natured cat villagers in my town! There’s something really cute about them.
Although i want a full cat town, I can’t get rid of Mira and Octavian. Mira is airheaded but she stays up really late. When I’m up at 3am playing she’s always the only walking around and entertains me.
Octavian seems really crabby especially in his face, so it’s really funny to see him acting nice and sending presents every once in a while.
I don’t have a full cat town yet because I can’t get myself to let them move away.

My favourites are Diana and Tammy. My least favourite was Stinky but now it's PeeWee. I have a personal grudge because in trying to get him to move out I ended up losing my dreamy Chrissy instead so now he's bottom of my list lol

I have a few villagers who are contenders for being my favorite, but I'm terrible at making decisions like this. I can at least whittle it down to two though.
Hopper is one of the absolute best for me because penguins are my favorite type of animal in the world, he has a remarkable design, he has the wonderful Cranky personality, and he was in my first Animal Crossing town back on the GameCube and as such was one of the first villagers I saw in the series. Unfortunately on that last point, I restarted that town to choose a different town name and never had him in a town for years until I adopted him into one of my Animal Crossing: New Leaf towns, an all-bird species town. I love this grumpy guy.
Ribbot has always been one of the most visually striking designs in the series for me and has always stuck with me since I first saw him in the guide book for the GameCube Animal Crossing game back when I was a child. I love the way he looks and I wish we would get more robot villagers aside from just Ribbot and Sprocket, both of whom I have residing in one of my Animal Crossing: New Leaf towns.
I feel like which is my favorite would change on a daily basis as they're both really great. Right now I'm inclined to say Ribbot because his design is just so unique and striking, but yeah.
Honorable mentions go to, but not limited to: Ankha, Boomer, Boris, Cobb, Hans, Julia, Lobo, Lucky, Rasher, and Tiffany.

My least favorite? Probably Wart Jr. Guy would just not stop showing up whenever I would make a town and then I'd have to suffer his presence until he would decide to move out. I've had villagers in towns that I initially disliked but warmed up to after a while like Al, but no, Wart Jr. just didn't know when to quit. He might have gotten off easier if he wasn't so persistent.
Dishonorable mentions go to, but not limited to: Apple, Chelsea, Flurry, and Marshal.

My two favorite villagers are Savannah and Gaston. They've been with me since the Gamecube days and I could never see myself having a town without the two of them.
My least favorite might be Egbert. He used to be me and my brother's nemesis back in our Gamecube town. I don't really remember why. lol
