Question About Zodiac DIY's

Hey all! So, I did receive one zodiac DIY from Celeste this month, that being the Gemini Closet. I went and TT'd to get every DIY she has but she did not give me any more zodiac DIY cards. Are they perhaps limited one per month following the astrology star signs?

Celeste can show up on nights when there isn't a full on meteor shower, just scattered shooting stars, so it's very unlikely you could go an entire zodiac "month" without seeing her.
