Question about villagers moving in and out?

Okay, well I kinda got a 10th villager move in unexpectedly (I've been visiting other towns a lot recently).
My question is, will the most recent villager to move in ever ping to leave? I've heard mixed things about it. Does anyone have personal experiences with that?

Yes. Francine was my 10th, and I invited her in and she asked to move really quickly, like I thought she'd take longer but she didn't. I believe I had her in my town for about a week when she'd asked to move.

Does it matter if it's a "voided" villager from another town? I didn't invite him. ^^; He just showed up (the good news is he didn't squish anything with his house).

Hmm, I don't think so. I think the same rules apply if it's a voided villager, although it's probably best to try level up your friendship with them because i've found thats the best way to get them to move out. I didn't talk to Francine all that much, I just talked to her whenever I saw her around and she asked to move quite quickly. Atleast they're not on top of your flowers or anything.

Nope, I've set up pwp's to guard certain areas. XD I've learned how to protect my roads. Any other flowers I have in the village are around the houses so they don't get squished. The extra are on my beaches.
