Question about villagers moved in via Amiibo

So, I just moved in Chai! Who was my first move-in via the amiibo method. Yeah, there was a bit of a learning curve, ha, ha, but I figured it out.

My quick question is, do villagers that get moved in via amiibo also eventually have the thought bubble/desire to move out? I'm guessing yes, but since this is my first one, I was curious. Thanks guys!
