Question about Villager Move-in

So if I move out a villager, can I immediately after use their amiibo to move them back in? I know in New Leaf it was like 16 villagers had to go by before you could bring someone back.

You can invite them back as soon as you've completed 3 days of requests from them at the campsite if you're using their Amiibo!

And there is no 16 villager cycle in NH. W00t!
