Question about uploading image from url.

When I upload an avatar from a url, does it save the image and loads that or loads the image from the url.

It is getting it from the url you send, at least I believe so. I have seen expired pictures on here from photoshop and stuff.

I dunno, i thought the avatars were uploaded to the site itself and then display from here. if i rightclick your avatar, the image info links to here, not to wherever the image exists elsewhere on the internet...

Yeah, I tried it and it saves it locally. I wanted to use this image:
