i'm selling my cycling town and his offer is 15mil, which is, honestly, disappointing. since it is indeed a cycling town i never put much effort into its looks, but i'm wondering, is there anything i can do to make his amount go up? should i get a few new pwps or move in new players or something?

I don't think anyone knows exactly what factors contribute to the price yet, but my guesses are:
- Main Street progress
- PWPs built & PWPs unlocked
- town age (either as is or tree size)
- badges collected
- maybe HHA scores
- perfect town status
- possibly things like # of visitors
- possibly HHA Showcase
