Due to me taking a long hiatus from Animal Crossing, my town is months behind the current date. I was wondering if there was any way I could time travel the whole length without losing any villagers or if I would just have to jump a few days at a time. Thanks for any help!

yes... but you need to WAIT until a villager asks you to leave... when he/she did, save and THEN you can TT forward to the current date
