Question about time traveling/villagers moving:

So, I'm looking for an answer about time traveling!

My game is very far behind, right now my games date is back in November of 2013. I'm really really particular about my villagers, so I've been talking to them to make sure they don't move out, and then going to the next day. It's really tiring and repetitive, and I just want to be at the current date (July 1st) so I can play realtime.

I know if you travel large amounts of time 1 villager will move out. Today a villager I want to get rid of asked to move, and I don't mind voiding her. If I am to time travel from November to July (roughly 8 months), will any other villagers move out? Or will just this villager that's already scheduled to move in a few days? I'm thinking it's my ticket to getting back to the current date, and will save me a lot of trouble, but I want to be sure that no one else will move as well.

I've TT 1 year and 5 months before, but I didn't lose any villagers and nobody pinged to move. It may be safe, but I don't know for sure.

If you get a move out ping on the day before you do the time jump you should be safe. Are you TTing with the 3DS clock or the in game clock?

So are you saying it's safe if I do the big jump tomorrow?
I'm going with the in game clock ^^

Yep, if you have someone scheduled to move out, then you can do a big jump and no-one else will be missing. Someone else *will* be thinking of moving on that new day, though.

Also, if you ever want to jump ahead without losing anyone, wait until you get a moving ping, ask them to stay, then put the game ahead from that day. No-one will be missing.
