Question about the villagers of NL

So y'all know when some villagers are angry it's pretty obvious but I'm wondering what it means when they are just walking around and there's some weird noise coming from them and some thing That seems is coming out from behind them. I hope one of you understands what I'm talking about. I've always been curious about that and what it means.

oh that weird purple cloud thing? it means they're really sad or disappointed.

No not that one. The one I'm talking about is when they make this "boing" sounding noise.

It's for when they are mad and want to be left alone. It usually another villager fault. You missed their conversation.

One night I watched one walk away singing and the other was upset.

The closest I can think of is when they have a 'flea' on their head, which you have to take out with a net.

Aww I didn't know they got fleas! I'm sure that's what it is than. I will try the net thing! Thanks guys
