Question about the update

If I went to someone's town and talked to one of the villagers in their RV (not a NPC, but one of the new 50 villagers), would I be able to invite them to my town?

For example; if someone had Bea's RV in their campground and i came over to talk to her, would there be an option for me to invite her to camp in my town, and then be able to invite her to move in? or would i have to scan her card myself?

You can only invite card villagers if they're in your campground. However, you could adopt them from someone else's town if they are moving out and in boxes. People can force them to leave by using another amiibo card
