If there is an SD slot on your computer just put it in there. (I'm assuming you don't)
The other way it to have a media card reader. These are very cheap and some read all types of cards. Most of the time they look like a thin rectangular box and they plug into your USB port.
Once the reader is plugged into your computer it should act as a USB device and bring up the folder options.
