Question about the rare paper?

So is the post office paper one of the rare papers in the game? A villager just mailed me it and I want to know before I use it

IDK how you get those either. Probably the same way, they are sent to you. I had to trade for mine online, of course.

I have the Museum Paper and the Gallery Paper, but I didn't know they were rare - I just keep any stationary given to me inside my locker, thinking I would eventually write back to villagers, but never do, haha.

Hmm, so what do you do that your villagers like you so much!? ;p Seriously, I'm at top friendship with almost all of mine and in 10 months they haven't sent me any rare items, maybe ONE time I got a pink hybrid or something. :'c
