Every day, a new special visitor will show up in the park (the top-most RV). For me, it's usually Pave, Wendell, or Blanca. However, there are visitors listed on reddit and elsewhere that I have yet to see (Franklin, Jack, Chip, etc.) I was wondering, do these characters have specific dates that they will appear, or is it just completely random? I do a lot of time traveling, so it seems weird that I have yet to see these ones.

it could just be luck. i have seen some come and go, some less than others. honestly, i'm not too familiar with all the information for the new updates, but that's my experience. i haven't seen redd, yet, either, but i can confirm franklin, jack, and chip do show up.
It just seems strange if it's random. Like I said, I've time traveled quite a bit and would expect to have seen everyone by now. Maybe we can only have certain visitors appear and everyone has a different random selection? Idk that's my thought.
I think I'm on to something. I got really desperate and changed the time 6 months back, to summertime. On the first day, I got Jack, whom I had never had as a visitor before. The next day was Chip, and then Franklin, all of whom were new. I think that the visitors may be reflecting the seasons? Where colder seasoned visitors have more of a chance of visiting in the summer, kind of like a vacation? All just speculation, but it just seems strange that it only took changing the date by 6 months to make them appear. Also, since I've changed the date back, I have yet to see them.

Like everyone else said, the villagers that visit are always randomized. I always get Blanca and it's the most annoying thing ever and omg
I'm just not sure. Maybe you're right but I feel like I may be on to something. I time traveled day by day for well over a month in the summer and consistently got visitors that I have yet to get in the winter. That just seems too lucky to be truly random.

I get them all the time as well, but only when i have the time set correctly.

Pretty sure it's randomized. I've seen Wendell twice, Zipper T. Bunny, Nat, and Joan twice. It's good that I don't have to spend too many MEOW coupons if people come back twice, but I'd really like to see everyone. I don't mind Wendell coming back multiple times though, I love most of the stuff in his RV!

i've had jack twice but i've not seen chip or franklin yet. i guess i just get the same old ones every time too? it's a bit annoying. then again ive been time traveling around like hell and haven't been checking my rv park soo
