Question about QRs

So I'm looking to use QR patterns on customized furniture, wallpaper, etc. My question is, if I customize furniture with a pattern, then later I replace it, will the pattern on the furniture change as well? Same with using patterns on the floor/wall in your house, if the pattern is changed will it change in your home?

Yes if you change the pattern in your pattern and you have furniture with that pattern and you later on decide to replace it, the furniture will change to the new pattern.

Yes, the patterns on furniture, wallpaper & floorings will change if you change the design in that design slot. As far as I know, the only things that avoid this is town flags & custom design standee's/face cut-out standee's.
