In the past, posts after 30 mins wouldn't be automatically merged, but now my posts always merge together even after a few hours. Is there any way I can bump my thread as I don't want to keep creating new ones...

Question about post merge?

I'm assuming you're referring to a post in a trading board, I think post merge times were extended as to not allow members break the rules (2 hours between bumps in Nook's Cranny threads and 4 hours in villager trading boards)
