Question about plot-resetting

I loaded my game up today but I remembered I needed to plot reset Bea after inviting her yesterday. However I only remembered after I got past Isabelle, after the *loading your town* screen and when she says "Okay all set, have a nice day!" But I didn't actually load my mayor into the game, I just went back to the start screen.

I've plot reset now twice and both times her house was in the same spot (not unusual when it comes to camper invites though), not sure if the game already sets everything after that 'loading' screen or if it sets it when you actually load into the game (your mayor walking out of your house). Anyone know? I don't want to waste time plot resetting if I already messed up and set the game for the day

If you got past that loading screen (circle thing) which I assume you already did since Isabelle said "Okay, all set...", it means the game is set for the day. Unfortunately.. I'm sorry to hear that.

Oh darn! Well I'll just have to move her via card and try again (her house is in a terrible spot) That's what I get for forgetting xx
