Question about planting trees using bells

So I know that regular trees have a chance to drop furniture, 100 bells, or a beehive, but I just tested something in my town. I planted 4 trees using 1,000 bell bags (with a golden shovel) and each tree dropped something. Two of them dropped furniture, one dropped 100 bells, the other dropped a beehive.

So my question: If you plant 1,000 bell trees, do those trees have a higher chance of having something in them when you shake them? Or was I just really lucky?

This is actually what all regular trees do. You could just buy the regular saplings from Lief and it'll do the exact same thing and drop either bells, furniture or a beehive as you said, so no luck involved. You're really wasting bells by planting trees with 1000 bells, no higher rate of anything. What you had was probably coincidence or if you have no other trees in your town than those were the only 4 trees that the game could have the option of dropping anything from.

However, if you do have good luck for that day, then either the trees would drop 200 bells, or bees will go slower and so you can avoid them better. Everyday you have a certain amount of trees that can drop either of those 3 items. Usually it's about 4-5 trees that have bees, so the rest can just be furniture, bells, or nothing. That's pretty much it, unless you're trying to get a money tree then planting 1000 bells would increase the rate of you getting bell bags as "fruit".
