Question about ordering from the HHA

Why is it that some lovely items can be ordered from the HHA but others cannot? Where/when do you get the unorderable lovely items?

Are you talking about the lovely phone? If so, that's not part of the series. If the part is refurbished, it cannot be reordered. You can get regular items, talk it to Cyrus at Re-Tail, and he'll refurbish it for a small fee.

I think the lamp may be refurbished. What color is it?

The lovely phone is obtained by Redd's cookies from the Fireworks Festivals in August. It doesn't have a series.

The phone is part of the series in that it matches, but it cannot be re-ordered like the rest. It is given out at special events. As for the lamp, if it is refurbished, it cannot be ordered. You can only order items from the HHA in their original colors. I can get one for you, if you want, just let me know. I can't play until later, as I'm at work now.
