question about moving

so i want lolly OUT. she said im moving the date blah blah so i said bye but she said "yeah, but i should probably give it a bit more thought." is she moving or not..?

Probably not. If they show hesitance at the idea, they tend to call it off.

Whenever they do that, just quit without saving. When you load up your game, she'll ask again and could give a different answer. If not, just keep quitting without saving until she agrees to move and then don't talk to her again until she does.

Close the game, don't save, and then ignore her until the day she moves.
Unless you already saved, in that case then rip, Lolly is adorable though, she's one of my favourites and have lived in my NL town for years.
