Question about grass/running through towns-

Is it really bad for the grass to run or is it just bad for flowers? I just started my second town and don't want to ruin it from the start.

grass deterioration is in the game, but it's not as bad as it was back in CF. i would avoid running unless you want to make dirt paths.

I try not to run since it does result in grass degradation... but I still do....lol.

Doesn't walking result in grass deterioration too? Just not as bad?

Running definitely wrecks grass.
