Question about golden house exterior

So my latest HHA point is 1 270 000 which means I am able to unlock all the golden exterior thingy. Here is my question, if I change my exterior to the golden ones, will my HHA score get affected? I believe that golden exterior is not part of the fairy tale theme that I am currently doing

Hello! This is an educated guess but I believe exteriors do not contribute to your overall HHA score? Your house size technically does, but as far as I know, they judge on your interior decorating skills/themes with the exclusion of your basement.


I may be totally wrong though, but that's the basis for my HHA related decisions.

The golden exterior parts give points for the Antique and Toy Shop challenges. Seeing as you basically completed the theme challenge, it doesn't really matter though.

Pretty much this. After unlocking everything you don't have to worry about challenges anymore.
