Question about dreaming. (Answered)

Right now one of the towns I'm visiting is having a meteor shower. Does that mean I can obtain star fragments without having to visit them while they're online?

Most likely no. Dreams are not physically traveling somewhere so any items you pick up you do not keep, that would include bugs/fish/stars I'm pretty sure
