So, I've been on this website for a few months now but I honestly don't really know what a DLC is. I understand that they're special items that are more sought after but I don't really know how to categorize one? Thanks.

Downloadable content. It's items given by Nintendo to players through SpotPass or from Phyllis/Pelly at the post office. They're more sought after because many can't be reordered, sadly.

Oh, and they're also region specific, like the 7/11 set is only from Japan, so American players have to know someone or someone who knows someone from Japan to get it.

Just so you know, the Able's do NOT carry BOTH caps on the same day for Hinamatsuri (Girl's Day), it's either one or the other.
