Question about cycling, weeds and clovers

SO I have been having my mayor of my second town do her weeding in my cycling town. She is almost near getting her gold badge once she does I was thinking about doing the beautiful ordinance in my cycling town to stop the weeds.....but I still want to get clovers (need a lot for my second town). Will I still get a clovers? Does anyone know?

Yes, you will get clovers. Both my towns have the Beautiful Town ordinance and there's plenty of clovers. My cycling town is getting overrun with them, actually...!
