Question About Construction Kits

So I finally moved the Museum where I'd like it to be on my island. The problem is that since the move isn't instantaneous, I can't put the Able Sisters' construction kit where the Museum will no longer be standing tomorrow, which is where I'd like it to go.

Can I keep the construction kit in my inventory overnight and place the kit tomorrow when the Museum has been moved? Or will I lose the kit if I don't place it today?

Yep!!! You can keep the construction kit in your inventory for as long as you'd like.

Awesome! I'm sure Mable won't mind if I keep her kit on me until tomorrow so I can put her tailor shop by the beach. It's funny, the RNG for visitors was really nice to me. She visited me three days in a row lol.

Mabel will always visit on the weekends, so if you're counting those days in those 3 days, it's not as lucky as you may think.
