Question about Campsite?

After you convince a villager to move in from your campsite, do they move in tomorrow or the day after? I really want to use the house placement trick to make sure the house doesn't go on a bad area!

For me, it's usually like this: I convince them to move in...the next day there's no house plot, then the day after that the house plot fenced area appears.

Use your PWP and put up cut-out signs in any spot you don't want a house. I wish I had put up 30.
