question about campsite resetting

ok so i plan on building the campsite and resetting for marshal (because i'm dumb and didn't plot reset for the uchi/smug house) but anyways i heard the day after you build it you always have a camper is that true? just so it can make it easier for me when i'm resetting lol :3

Yep. I did it just to make a tier 1 plot up XD

You completed it and attended the ceremony No camper on may 4
100% gurantted camper on may 5
I'm pretty sure that's right

I'd still prefer random move in resettings because it's 100% going to be a villager but the bad spot placement
