Question about camping villagers

Hi

So I was wondering. If you have a camping villager and you invite them to your island while someone is already in boxes, will the camping villager suggest to switch with a resident or will he take the place of the villager in boxes?

I believe there's a glitch with this where the in boxes villagers will stop moving out. You might be able to prevent this by having the in boxes villagers get adopted first and then recruit the camper.

As far as I know, the camper villager always suggests someone at random. Even if somebody is ready to move, they just overlook them and randomly pick who they want. I personally would change that since it doesn't make sense to not pick the villager that is about to move lol

Yeah the thing is I want to invite the camping villager, but only if they can switch with another villager that isn’t moving because I want to go dreamie hunting if I have a new plot. It would be nice if I could just invite the camp site villager AND Have a free plot for someone else.

I really dont know what to do now...

Does this mean that I can’t invite the camp site villager because someone else is already in boxes? Ugh I feel so bad now. Why does it have to be on the exact same date...
