Question about a villager moving?

So I made a mistake of TT-ing 1 day forward so now Elvis is in boxes without any warning, so I got someone to talk to him to let him move into their town. I want to TT back to normal time now but would he still be in boxes? Is his moving date gonna be the same? Would it affect anything at all?

Moving backwards doesn't do anything as far as villagers moving or not, they'll still move so don't worry.

If they've already talked to him and convinced him to move then you'll be fine. TTing back any amount of days counts as one day, so everything resets (except you won't get anything new spawning). If you TT back past 6am then it'll count it as a new day and his house will be gone, so make sure he's been properly convinced to move before you do it
