Question about a villager moving out and time traveling.

Theres a rumor that teddy is moving out!! However, for someone reason he hasnt pinged me to move out and I wonder why! I time traveled one day at a time ever since I heard the rumor on July 19 which is the date in my game. Its July 22 now. On July 21st, no one told me about teddy wanting to move out so I thought he changed his mind. But again, someone has told me that teddy is thinking of leaving town. I have ran around him and waited for him to ping but he never did. I have no bells in my inventory, just my golden tools stationary paper and flowers.

Blaire is my last dreamie and someone has her in boxes already! i just need teddy to move out!!!

Just to let you know, I have been TT (time traveling) a lottt because I am pwp hunting and trying to get all my dreamies to move in... does that have to do anything with it? if its a glitch, do i have a solution?

Please help, I hope theres an answer. acnl is my first ac game ever so I dont know what works and what doesnt!

This happens when you are not good friends with the villagers. Keep time traveling, day by day, until they move out. Even if it takes many days. It also turns out they can ping without moving!

First, do you have any events coming up in your game? Because if you do, maybe Teddy isn't pinging because of that.

If that's not the issue, talk to Teddy a few times. Save the game and quit. Load the game and go talk to him again (if he's indoors, save and quit, load again). Just do this and he will eventually ping you.

Just cycle one day at a time, then if he is moving out, it will show up no matter.

I'm pretty sure that villagers can move without pinging you, so it's necessary other than to really make sure. If you're worried, just try to do what I described and he will ping. Or just travel hour by hour during the day and do that.
