Whenever I try to use it the screen just goes black and sable says the 3ds camera failed to launch. It worked a long time ago but hadnt for a long time. can i fix this without repair?
Agree with above. Try using the camera regularly outside of the game. This will help you narrow down the problem, as I doubt it's the QR function itself. If it is indeed your camera, it will probably need repaired unless you want to wait for the NEW 3DS system to replace it.
