Q: Moving out Villagers

I have a question regarding a specific scenario regarding a villager moving out. If a villager moves in, and they're you're newest villager, but you want to move them out, can you do so without having anyone else move out before them? I thought it was possible, but I'm not so sure now because of a trade I'd experienced earlier. I moved Freya into my town to give to someone else, but even after a month of trying to TT her out she never offered to move. It wasn't until I moved out Blanche (a dreamie) that Freya offered to move out. Can anyone confirm this? Did I just have TERRIBLE luck?

Yes you can, you might have to put up with other villagers asking to move out too, so it's best to run around looking for the villagers you want to keep and if they ping to move, ensure you let them stay.

If you befriend them on that matter, they tend to want to move out father than constantly ignoring/hitting them with objects.
